Booking

Booked appointments

Some sessions at Butterfly Yoga are arranged with you directly rather than booked from the public schedule. Here’s how they work and how they’re paid for.

What is an appointment?

An appointment is a booking Butterfly Yoga sets up for you personally — often one-to-one or a small group — rather than one you book yourself online. Appointment bookings are added for you: once you’ve been added, it appears on your schedule and in your account just like any other booking.

How it's paid for

You don’t pay again at the time — an appointment is settled using something you’ve already bought. Depending on what Butterfly Yoga accepts for that session, it’s covered by a pass credit, your gift balance, or offered free. There’s no card payment at the point of booking.

Which pass can be used

Passes aren’t interchangeable. A pass bought for one kind of session can’t always be used for another — Butterfly Yoga chooses which passes are accepted for each appointment. You can see the credits you hold, per pass, in your wallet.

Changes and cancellations

Because appointments are arranged with you directly, get in touch with Butterfly Yoga if you need to change or cancel one. If a pass credit or gift balance paid for it, that value is returned to your account when it’s cancelled in time.
Appointment bookings never take a new card payment — they always draw on a pass, gift balance, or a free place you already have.
