Paying
Gift cards
Give someone credit to spend at Butterfly Yoga — or spend one you've been given.
Buying one as a gift
Choose an amount in the gift cards section, enter the recipient’s email address and a message if you like, and pay. They’re emailed the card and its code automatically, and you get your own confirmation showing where it went. You don’t need to pass anything on by hand.
Redeeming a code
The email has a link, or go to Redeem a gift card and type the code in. You’ll need to be signed in — the value is added to your account, so it needs an account to sit on. Create one first if you haven’t got one; the code waits for you.
A code works once
Redeeming turns the code into a balance on your account, and the code itself is then spent — it can’t be redeemed again, by you or anyone else. From that point on there’s no code to keep; the money is simply there when you book.
Spending your balance
At checkout, your gift balance appears as one of your ways to pay. Use it for sessions, passes, or anything else Butterfly Yoga sells that accepts it. If your balance doesn’t cover the full price you can put the rest on a card in the same checkout — you don’t have to spend it in one go, or top it up to match.
Does a gift balance expire?
No. Once redeemed, the value stays on your account until you spend it. (Pass credits are the ones with an expiry — see Passes.)
Checking your balance
It’s in your wallet, next to any pass credits you hold.
Lost the code, or it won't work
Contact Butterfly Yoga — they can look the card up and see whether it’s been redeemed. A card can also be cancelled by them if the purchase was refunded, but only while it’s still unredeemed: value already on your account is yours and can’t be taken back.
A code becomes a balance the moment you redeem it — and that balance never expires.
