Paying for a booking

No. Payment details are entered on the payment provider's own secure checkout — this site never sees or stores them.

As soon as your payment goes through. Your booking appears on your account page straight away — occasionally after a few seconds, if the confirmation is still coming back.

A place is never taken from someone else to give you one, and a session is never overbooked. Very occasionally the last place goes while you are part-way through paying — your payment will already have been taken, so Butterfly Yoga is alerted immediately and refunds you. That refund is theirs to issue rather than automatic, so allow a little time for it to arrive, and chase them if it doesn't.

Refunds are arranged by Butterfly Yoga — get in touch with them directly. They're issued back through the same payment provider to the payment method you used, so there's nothing you need to set up.
