How waitlists work

If a class is full, you'll see a Join waitlist button instead of a booking button. Joining is free and takes no payment — it simply saves your place in line. Spots are offered in the order people joined.

If someone cancels (or the class is made bigger), the next person on the waitlist is offered the spot and emailed straight away. While an offer is held for you, that seat is reserved — nobody else can take it, so the class won't be overbooked.

Use the “Yes, I'll take it”button in the offer email — it takes you straight to that session's checkout, where you pay or use a pass credit to confirm. You can also do it from the Waitlists tab of your account. Offers are held for a limited time, so it's best to book soon — if you don't, the spot passes to the next person.

Can't make it? Use the “No, I can't make it”button in the offer email — you don't even need to sign in. We'll pass the spot straight to the next person on the list.

You can leave any waitlist at any time from the Waitlists tab of your account or from the schedule.
