Enrolling in a course

A course at Butterfly Yoga is a set of sessions that run together — you take a place on the whole thing at once.

What a course is

A series of sessions that belong together and run to a set timetable — the same group, week after week. You take one place on the whole course rather than booking each session separately, which is why it’s one price and one enrolment.

Enrolling

Open courses to see what’s coming up, with each one’s dates, times and how many seats are left. Press Enrol and pay in whichever ways Butterfly Yoga accepts for it — your card, or your gift balance. A free course enrols you on the spot with no payment.

Places are limited

A course has a fixed number of seats, and the page shows how many are left. Once they’re gone it shows as Full.

Why a course disappeared from the list

Courses come off the list once the first session has started — you can’t join a course that’s already under way, so it stops being offered rather than selling a place that no longer makes sense. Its remaining sessions still appear on the schedule for the people enrolled. If you’d like to join one that’s started, ask Butterfly Yoga — that’s their decision to make.

Your sessions once you're enrolled

Every session in the course appears on your Bookings tab and on the schedule, the same as any other booking — there’s nothing further to book each week, and nothing further to pay.

If you miss a session

Your place is for the course as a whole, so a session you can’t make isn’t separately credited or refunded automatically. If something has come up, tell Butterfly Yoga — catching up, swapping, or anything else is theirs to arrange.

Cancelling an enrolment

Enrolments aren’t cancelled online, because a course is one commitment rather than a string of separate bookings. Get in touch with Butterfly Yoga and they’ll sort it out under their own cancellation policy.
One enrolment covers every session in the course — you won’t be asked to book or pay for the individual sessions inside it.
